Crystal Falls, together with Virgin Active Tygervalley, sponsored a Battle of the Sexes spinning class on the 24th of June 2010. Team Wilde's Dieter Voigt proved to be quite a contender on a bike - he surely is a force to be reckoned with.
The challenge consisted of a 45 minute class filled with jumps, climbing and cadence training, followed by a Q&A to see which team could break a sweat both physically and mentally! Each team had a spinning instructor to help keep the participants motivated and strong.
At the end of the day, the ladies won in both the brains and brawn categories. Crystal Falls sponsored hampers for the event, while making sure that each participant walked out with a deliciously healthy Crystal Falls Cranberry Juice.
