September is Heart Awareness Month. This is a month dedicated to educate South Africans about heart disease, with the sole purpose of preventing heart related risks.
The Heart and Stroke Foundation has arranged for people to have their blood pressure and cholesterol levels checked, because through knowing your limits and risks, you can incorporate the necessary changes to live a healthier lifestyle.

Heart disease is a
